About the Role
Are you ready to embrace a new challenge?
We are looking for a Production Foreman/Forewoman to oversee our production operations, reporting directly to the Head of Production.
In this role, you will manage personnel and direct production processes within your department, focusing on achieving key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, material efficiency, injury prevention, and overall health standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating production teams (blue-collar workers) within your department, ensuring alignment with departmental goals such as productivity, quality, material efficiency, injury prevention, and health standards;
- Providing daily support to Team Leaders in their operational duties;
- Exercising disciplinary leadership over production staff within your department;
- Organizing workforce into teams and managing reassignments during Team Leaders' absences;
- Conducting daily meetings with Team Leaders to align on production matters, including activity planning, information sharing, and problem-solving;
- Maintaining awareness of production flows, processes, and products, as well as company policies and procedures, risk management, and health management programs;
- Defining roles, activities, and objectives for your teams, along with managing their development and competencies.
About You
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors;
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational abilities;
- Team-oriented mindset.
