About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Thales Alenia Space as a Global Supply Chain Development Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and improving the company's supply chain capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and capability
  • Conduct audits and industrial assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide industrial coaching and supplier development support to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with procurement, industry, engineering, and quality teams to drive supply chain excellence
Requirements
  • 10 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other technical sectors
  • Proven experience in supplier development and supplier performance management
  • Supply chain management background with APICS certification (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of techniques such as DMAIC
  • Ability to improve supplier performance using appropriate tools and lean methodologies
  • APQP and Lean Engineering background (a plus)
  • English, Italian, and French language proficiency
