- Sales Performance: Monitor sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance, providing clear targets and insights to the team.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and support the store team, fostering a culture of constructive feedback and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams, paired with proven organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
