Job Description:
The Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, supporting team development, and ensuring seamless store operations. This role requires a proactive and commercially focused leader with a passion for premium retail and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Lead by example with a strong presence on the sales floor, coaching and mentoring the team to exceed sales targets.
  • Implement clienteling strategies, proactively engaging with customers through outreach, email, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the store meets and exceeds KPIs and business objectives, leveraging company training tools and sales techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to execute recruitment, training, and performance development plans.
  • Oversee the integrity of payroll processes and store financials, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all store activities reflect the brand's identity and values.
  • Step in to manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring business continuity.
