About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Data4 Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our data center projects from design to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hyperscalers, architects, and local authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the innovation manager to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and architectures.
  • Participate in the technical evaluation of future sites and implement the sustainability policy of D4.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hosting or service integration industries.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience managing projects in an occupied site.
  • Strong technical skills, including HVAC, electrical, and security/networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with others.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
