Business Development Representative for Electronics Sales

Position Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This high-pressure job comes with great rewards - uncapped commissions.

We supply you with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial way of thinking, drive, trading experience (preferably electronics), and the ability to qualify precisely.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals
  • Identify opportunities on the market and maximize them
  • Drive revenue by onboarding new customers and growing existing accounts
  • Manage relationships with our customers and educate them regarding the current state of the market

Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a highly-collaborative, open, and high-energy work environment. You will have unlimited uncapped commissions, pension scheme, fun Friday afternoon drinks, and 25 days of holidays.

We are looking for someone with a demonstrated record of success, top-performer of the team, flawless communication skills that are always ''on'', and fluent English and Italian.
