Your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting project planning, supervision, and reporting on ground investigations.
* Preparing specifications and design reports.
* Designing foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slope stability, and earthworks for various building and infrastructure projects.
* Communicating design solutions and advice to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, contributing to geotechnical research, and collaborating with Arup Skills Networks, universities, and research partners.
* Effective communication in written and verbal presentation formats.
* Engagement with the Arup global Ground Engineering Network.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
* Membership with a relevant professional body (Ordine degli Ingegneri), acquired or in the process of being acquired.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based working.
* Interest and ability in digital space 3D modeling, scripting, or GIS would be an advantage.
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Flexibility to travel.
* High motivation, proactivity, and willingness to take on new challenges.
