About the Role

The successful candidate will support the Global Consumer Insight Manager in developing and managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects. This will involve interfacing with research institutes, implementing and tracking management activities, reporting, data extraction and analysis, and trend monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage research projects, including writing briefs, setting up materials, and coordinating with countries and functions
  • Implement and track management activities, including data extraction and analysis
  • Support the Global Consumer Insight Manager in reporting activities and trend monitoring
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Experience in research institutes is a plus
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
