Job Title: Associate Assortment Planner, Geo Italy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market-specific assortment plans to support our merchandise strategy.
  • Analyze assortment productivity and identify trends and opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
  • Review product distribution plans and adapt to trend shifts and new opportunities.
  • Share trade recaps with leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Support Assortment Planners and Visual Merchandisers on new store openings, relocations, and remodels.
  • Highlight regional opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Attend key meetings to stay informed on company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to influence across the organization.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a trend-driven, high-volume company.
