About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Area Manager to join our sales team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and profitability across our stores in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance overall profitability
  • Provide guidance and support to brand managers to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Establish and implement robust communication strategies with key partners to ensure an exceptional wholesale experience
  • Collaborate with brand and customer service teams to effectively manage inventory levels and resolve customer complaints
  • Proactively seek out new accounts to expand our network and present potential opportunities to senior management
  • Oversee the training and development of store staff to ensure they possess essential product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  • Manage budgets and market analysis to refine company strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years designer/advance contemporary wholesale experience with a passion for sales and building relationships
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian required
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Office package
  • Developed buyer relationships and detailed reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in international sales
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines
  • Good team attitude and critical thinking skills
