About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy forward. You'll work closely with our founders to shape and execute our product roadmap, focusing on developing innovative solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Drive product innovation through data-driven decision making and customer feedback.
- Maintain a strong focus on user experience, ensuring seamless and intuitive product interactions.
- Work closely with development, AI, and design teams to bring product ideas to life.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive improvements and optimizations.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in HR tech or with an AI SaaS enterprise product.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market and competitor analysis.
- Strong capability in conducting customer interviews and leveraging insights for product innovation.
- Experience to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including development, AI, and design.
- Experience in product design and user experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges in the HR landscape.
- Proficiency in professional English is a must.
