About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Director, Multichannel Content Initiatives to lead strategy, delivery, and reporting of compelling content engagement campaigns across various platforms. This role will involve partnering with stakeholders, establishing clear processes, and managing two working students. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering consumer-facing, data-driven content campaigns and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall content engagement strategy for multiple markets, including ideation, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Owning efficient and effective content engagement workflows, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine processes and tooling.
  • Determining dedicated campaign measurements for publisher deal making, deliver regular updates and reports on content engagement campaigns for publishers.
  • Ensuring continuous testing, measuring, and evolving of content engagement activities across channels.
  • Establishing and tracking success metrics across content types and channels in alignment with overall content strategy and business goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional degree (Bachelors' degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree).
  • 5 years of experience working within a content engagement function.
  • Business fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Exceptional relationship building, project management skills, and the ability to establish clear processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
