Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a health and safety management system that meets international standards and ensures compliance with local regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external health and safety professionals, including consultants and occupational health specialists, to ensure effective management of their activities and services.
- Provide support on environmental and sustainability issues, ensuring coordination with the company's health and safety objectives.
- Prepare and present regular detailed reports on health and safety performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with current and future health and safety legislation, leading projects to adapt to new regulations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and present an annual health and safety monitoring plan, overseeing incident investigation processes and ensuring timely implementation of corrective measures.
- Develop and present a health and safety strategic plan to management, ensuring correct implementation of planned actions.
- Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor assigned budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and achievement of set safety standards.
- Develop and manage global risk assessments, providing support to Area Directors in developing local action plans.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the company, increasing employee awareness and involvement, and planning environmental and business continuity initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in international or European health and safety roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.
- Knowledge of German and Greek will be an asset.
- Strong proficiency in primary computer tools.
- Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing health and safety management systems across multiple sites, preferably in international contexts.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification, or equivalent, with significant experience in health and safety management.
- Master's degree in Engineering/Safety Management or related fields.

- Salary range: €55,000 - €75,000, based on experience.
