About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at the Diesel Store in Padova. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Focus: Act with the client in mind, understanding their desires, needs, and expectations.
  • Excellent Communication: Welcome and assist each client, providing a personalized in-store experience.
  • Storytelling: Master the art of asking engaging questions and creating a long-term authentic bond with clients.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives, and being accountable for sales results.
  • Cross-Selling: Proactively engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Prove brand and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Visual Display: Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Security: Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
  • Innovation: Think innovatively about how to improve and generate new ways to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Sales Performance: Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client.
Key Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
  • Luxury Sector: Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to evolve in the organization and adapt to new ways of working.
  • Digital Awareness: Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Competencies: Strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
