We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Infront Sports & Media Group. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise awareness of compliance requirements among team members and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to implement and maintain clear standards of business and ethical conduct, consistent with Infront corporate standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective unit governance structures and procedures for compliance oversight and management, including defined accountability for compliance responsibilities.
  • Provide ongoing training and communications on compliance requirements to ensure that all employees are aware of their obligations and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring, and reporting to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement effective issue resolution processes to address compliance-related issues in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Independently oversee compliance of/within the unit, reporting directly to the Compliance Management team.
  • Collaborate with the Privacy Team to maintain and update the GDPR Program.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Supervisory Board and responsible for compliance internal audit checks.
