Job Title: Finance Lead

As a key member of the HHLA PLT Italy team, the Finance Lead will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of the company. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who is passionate about finance and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the budget and financial reporting for the Expansion Project.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure accurate forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Oversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Establish an internal control system to ensure financial integrity.
  • Provide regular financial reports to the Group and support internal and external auditors.
  • Maintain relationships with external consultants and ensure compliance with corporate, fiscal, and administrative obligations.
  • Prepare and manage the budget, including regular forecasting.
  • Comply with all safety and security rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Economy, Business Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and experience in finance controlling and commercial administration.
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills, with German a plus.
  • Experience in projects and developments, with a strong understanding of MS Office and SAP/accounting systems.
  • Driven and detail-oriented individual with a process-driven mentality.
