About the Position

This is a challenging role that offers the opportunity to share your technical expertise in the development and implementation of innovative products for the agricultural industry. The position will focus on ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through efficient and effective testing and validation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to validate product functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales and customer support teams on product features and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Contribute to the development of test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of customer demonstrations and trials to showcase product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product validation and testing or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with AG steering applications, land surveying, civil engineering, GNSS infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of GNSS receivers and control theory, including PID and Kalman filtering.
  • Experience with C++/Python/Matlab for data postprocessing and automation test development.
  • Experience with JIRA/TestRail/qTest or similar test management tools.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating testing activities and resources.

Working Conditions

  • The job will be performed in an outdoor environment in and around agricultural equipment, as well as in a lab environment with documentation being completed on a PC in the office.
  • Both domestic and international travel may be required, with occasional meetings outside of normal business hours.
