About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Monza, Italy. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing division. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain top talent to support our business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source talent and conduct telephone screen interviews with candidates.
- Facilitate debrief meetings and coordinate offer approvals and extensions.
- Build talent pipelines and actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities and employer brand.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is required.
- Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and negotiate.
