Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Recruiter to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our international recruitment function, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various roles across our sites in Italy, including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership, and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
  • Develop and lead the recruitment sourcing strategy to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Proactively source talent and conduct telephone screen interviews with candidates.
  • Facilitate debrief meetings and coordinate offer approvals and extensions.
  • Build Talent Pipelines and actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand, and EVP.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is required.
  • Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function.
  • Experience recruiting diverse positions by function/seniority, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong preference for someone with a background recruiting in the Science Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and negotiate skills.
