About Britoil Offshore Services Pte Ltd

Britoil Offshore Services Pte Ltd is a leading provider of offshore support services, specializing in platform supply, anchor handling tug supply, walk to work, and subsea support. In addition, the company offers a range of complementary offshore services, including seismic/survey support, maintenance, engineering, and scientific support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer financial records for multiple vessels, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit and loss accounts.
  • Process financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information in the company's system.
  • Perform month-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare specifications and collect documentation for audits.
  • Support the Managing Director with management reporting and analysis.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
  • Manage cash and bank accounts, including communication with banks and loan administration.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the shipping logistics industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills in English and Italian.
