La nostra azienda, Page Personnel, cerca un Reconciliation Officer per il suo dipartimento di Middle Office. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini e una buona conoscenza degli strumenti finanziari (derivati) e del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel.

Compiti e responsabilità
  • Riconciliare le contabili riportate sui NAV dei Fondi
  • Riconciliare le posizioni in Titoli detenute dai Fondi
  • Riconciliare i movimenti e saldi Cash
  • Controllare le attività di Securities Lending
  • Riconciliare i conti bancari relativi all'operatività dei Fondi
  • Controllare le attività di reporting EMIR
  • Investigare le anomalie riscontrate collaborando con i team di competenza: Trading Desk, Fund Accounting, Risk Management, Broker, Clearer, NAV Oversight, Corporate Actions, Liquidity Management
  • Inserire le contabili in Bloomberg AIM
  • Riconciliare il sistema contabile del Transfer Agent
Requisiti
  • Almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini
  • Laurea in Economia o Finanza
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti finanziari (derivati)
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel
