Position Overview

We are seeking a Global Logistics Trainee - to join our team in Pomezia - who will assist the Logistics department in overseeing international shipments, warehouse operations, and interactions with clients, suppliers, and various internal teams, ensuring adherence to both local and international trade laws.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus will be on managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and overseeing warehouse operations.

  • Support the Logistics team in coordinating inbound and outbound shipping activities.
  • Provide general assistance to the logistics team.
  • Enhance freight forwarding efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to freight shipments, volumes, and supplier performance.
  • Monitor and track shipments throughout the logistics process.
  • Manage filing, archiving, and transport documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
