Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our People Development Culture team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's culture and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the Sisal Group.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement DEI strategies: Work closely with the Learning Development Manager to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives related to DEI, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
- Organize events and workshops: Coordinate activities that promote DEI and foster a positive company culture, such as training sessions, team-building exercises, and cultural celebrations.
- Enhance communication strategies: Assist in developing and delivering communication plans to enhance DEI and engagement efforts across the organization.
- Support the implementation of the Engagement Survey platform: Provide assistance in setting up and launching the Peakon tool to measure and analyze employee engagement.
- Contribute to data analysis: Help collect and analyze data to assess the impact of DEI and engagement initiatives.
- Develop presentation materials: Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support DEI and engagement programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Humanities, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- A B2+ level of English, both written and spoken;
- Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- An enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
