Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Planning Manager to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies and driving business excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze complex data to inform procurement decisions and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement operations and supply chain disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Advanced degree in Economics, IT, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
