Our Mission

Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp is committed to providing exceptional performing arts education and summer camp experiences that foster creativity, confidence, and character development in young people.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a background in the performing arts (an asset), and be at least 19 years old or have completed one year of college. You must also be able to commit to our mission and values, demonstrate high levels of alertness and concentration, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers.
  • Provide guidance and support to campers.
  • Facilitate group activities and events.
  • Monitor camper behavior and address any issues that arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve program goals.
  • Participate in regular counselor meetings.
