Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to administer our social media accounts and provide support to the global communications team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and be able to express our LSM work creatively.

This role will involve developing a social media strategy in collaboration with the director of communications, creating and posting content on all social media channels in all languages, and serving as a community manager for all channels. The specialist will also support webinars and complete other implementation tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will have studies in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any other related field, and 1-2 years of similar experience, preferably working in nonprofits or catholic organizations. They will also have knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and endorse and embody LSM values and the Laudato Si' paradigm in behavior and words.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that will work remotely. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of French, Italian, Portuguese, or Polish is desirable.

Requirements
  • Studies in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any other related field

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
