Job Summary

The Red Hat Sales team is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Italy as an Automation Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Red Hat Ansible portfolio subscriptions to prospective and current accounts. You will need to have a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges and be able to link them to a set of Red Hat Ansible offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer challenges and develop strategic sales opportunities using the Red Hat Automation portfolio.
  • Lead customer presentations and sessions to showcase business outcomes, Red Hat solutions, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Red Hat products, including key differentiators, features, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with account teams to build and execute joint account plans.
  • Position right-sized solutions to address customer challenges and drive further adoption and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Relevant consultative technical selling experience in a sales role.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver demos.
  • Familiarity with automation use cases across data center and cloud computing.
  • Experience with return on investment (RoI) and business-value arguments.
  • Knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales framework.
