Mechanical Foreman

As a pioneer in the luxury yacht industry, Silent Italia is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Fano. Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht.

As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating our team, planning work, conducting inspections, and ensuring that our yachts meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in luxury shipbuilding
• Experience leading a team
• Experience with electrical propulsion is preferred
• High attention to detail
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
• Creative problem-solving attitude
• Solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (English language skills are beneficial)
