**Job Summary**

Marposs is seeking a skilled Metrology Laboratory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing coordinate measurements with high-precision instrumentation, evaluating results, and working closely with the LAT-accredited Metrology Laboratory Manager.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform coordinate measurements using high-precision instrumentation
• Evaluate measurement results and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Metrology Laboratory Manager to develop and implement measurement protocols
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in metrology
• Work effectively in a confined environment with extended hours when required

**Requirements**

• High school degree in mechanics or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawing in the field of GPS (ISO 14638) / GD&T (ASME Y14.5M)
• Training in the use of Laboratory equipment, particularly CMM programming software
• Curiosity, passion, and desire to learn, as well as aptitude for using complex information technology tools
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
