Global Brand Creative Senior Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Brand Creative Senior Specialist to join our Global Marketing Brand team. The successful candidate will be accountable for brand and digital content activities at a global level, supporting specific regions to effectively manage communication contents/tools and drive profitable growth for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify locally relevant consumer insights and help create winning consumer strategies that deliver against consumer and company objectives.
  • Design multi-channel communication campaigns, from strategic approach to production and delivery, turning customer understanding into compelling communication ideas.
  • Deploy 360° integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital), from content perspective and assets creation (social post, banners, display, landing page, website).
  • Elaborate content for social media, focusing on consideration and conversion.
  • Global media measurement tracking & monitoring activities: regularly liaise with countries to collect data, analyze performance and ROI, and suggest actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise with Global Digital dept to ensure maximum consistency and coherence within the communication platform.
  • Manage and nurture effective relationships with local teams, understanding specific business needs and features, and be able to support the teams and act accordingly.
  • Liaise effectively with external partners (digital agency, consultants, creative agencies).
  • Manage brand visual identity and guidelines, evolving it according to business strategy and adapting it for local purposes.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a background in Marketing (Brand/Communication/Media focus).
  • Previous relevant Marketing experience in multinational companies (at least 4/5 years as jr BM).
  • Proven experience of multi-channel communication campaign end-to-end design, from strategic approach to production and delivery.
  • Experience in deploying 360° integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital).
  • Good relationship skills both with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Highly structured, with strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive, team player, and able to handle complexity.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
