Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Content Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our Global Brand Media & Advertising team, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging digital content that aligns with our brand identity and style guidelines.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in content creation and management, with experience in researching and determining target audiences, creating and publishing content across various digital platforms, and evaluating content performance. You will work closely with our digital media campaigns strategy team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, and collaborate with external creative agencies to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies to improve brand awareness, consideration, and conversion throughout the funnel
  • Research and determine target audiences, and create and publish content across various digital platforms
  • Evaluate content performance and provide feedback to the COE department
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies to produce high-quality visual content
  • Work closely with the digital media campaigns strategy team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor performance of content across all digital media platforms
  • Support localization efforts by country
  • Write content for various platforms, including blogs and social media posts

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from an agency background
  • In-depth knowledge of content management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • Creative-minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong communication, social, and presentation skills
  • Manage online and print content materials and campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and curious
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently while managing multiple assignments and/or responsibilities
  • Fluency in English
