Job Summary

We are seeking a Brand & Content Associate Director to join our team and lead the development and execution of editorial and content strategies that elevate our brand's presence across multiple channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in content marketing and brand management, especially within consumer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop our brand positioning, points of difference, and messaging architecture to communicate with our core audience along the funnel.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with specific target audiences, balancing storytelling with business objectives.
  • Brand Messaging & Storytelling: Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Performance Optimization & Analytics: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to track content effectiveness, adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content supports lead generation, customer retention, and overall brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in BC environments, with a strong understanding of the differences in audience engagement and content strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and content management systems.
  • Experience working with international teams or global brands.
