Job Description

We are seeking a Brand & Content Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling brand positioning, crafting narratives that engage our target audience, and overseeing content initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive a cohesive editorial content strategy that supports brand goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Lead the content team in planning, creating, and executing multi-channel editorial content that resonates with specific target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated content campaigns that align with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies, freelance writers, and content creators to produce on-brand materials and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to track content effectiveness and make recommendations for content optimization.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content supports lead generation, customer retention, and overall brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or related roles, with at least years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in BC environments, with a strong understanding of the differences in audience engagement and content strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and content distribution platforms (CMS, SEO, social media, video platforms).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and align content with business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and content management systems.
  • Experience working with international teams or global brands.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and emerging content formats (AR, VR, interactive content).
