Il Global CRM Strategist sarà responsabile di definire la strategia CRM per l'intera azienda, garantendo l'adeguamento delle attività di marketing e vendita alle esigenze dei clienti.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire la strategia CRM per l'intera azienda, in collaborazione con i team di marketing e vendita.
  • Cascadare le iniziative CRM nei paesi e supportare l'esecuzione corretta.
  • Monitorare le prestazioni del CRM e identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione.
  • Collaborare con i stakeholder globali e locali per lanciare progetti innovativi.
  • Supportare la piena utilizzazione e divulgazione dell'uso di strumenti CRM.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza precedente (almeno 7 anni) nell'area CRM, ideale con ambito internazionale.
  • Laurea in ambito commerciale, marketing, comunicazione o ingegneria gestionale.
  • Conoscenza delle migliori pratiche di marketing e CRM in organizzazioni orientate ai clienti.
  • Attitudine per il monitoraggio dei KPI, esperienza lavorativa con dati e analisi.
  • Esperienza significativa in ambienti dinamici, business e customer-oriented, gestione del CX e performance del marketing.
  • Alto standard di etica lavorativa, acume commerciale, comprensione dei clienti e abilità relazionali.
  • Abitudine a lavorare con team di vendita e funzionali.
  • Abitudine a sviluppare e implementare pratiche CRM.
  • Approccio imprenditoriale forte, abitudine a fare le cose.
  • Pensiero strategico, ma anche manager capace di gestire progetti e priorità multiple contemporaneamente.
  • Fluenza in inglese.
