Job Title: Global CRM Manager

Amplifon is a global leader in the hearing care retail industry, with a start-up approach and a commitment to innovation. We're looking for a talented Global CRM Manager to join our team and drive our customer-centric culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategic framework to achieve engagement, reactivation, conversion, and repurchase objectives.
  • Cascade CRM initiatives across countries and support their execution.
  • Monitor CRM performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop business cases for growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, upskilling employees and creating a CRM community.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to launch innovative projects and support integration, testing, and launch phases.
Requirements:
  • At least years of experience in CRM, preferably with international scope.
  • University degree in a relevant field (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering).
  • Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools in customer-oriented organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and analytics.
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams, develop and implement CRM best practices, and think strategically.
  • Fluency in English.
