Job Title: Global CRM Manager

Amplifon is seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global CRM strategy that aligns with Amplifon's business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement CRM initiatives and projects
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to optimize customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer experience
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM and customer experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
