Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CRM & Client Development Manager at POMELLATO S.P.A. to spearhead the global CRM strategy aimed at enhancing business through effective client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Drive growth in Retail and E-commerce sectors through strategic activities focused on client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Foster and promote a customer-centric culture within the organization.
- Establish RFM segmentation and client clustering methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to data collection and quality standards across all regions.
- Collaborate with IT to manage CRM systems, including upgrades and new feature releases.
- Set and track Customer Engagement KPIs to measure success.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored action plans aligned with the global strategy and regional opportunities.
- Analyze and report on client engagement campaign performance across both online and offline channels.
- Create and manage budgets to support the Client Development strategy and roadmap.
Client Development
- Build and maintain a robust and loyal client database, providing insights to enhance client understanding and targeted customer journeys.
- Develop strategies for NL, OTM, and OTO to engage various client segments in collaboration with Brand, Sales Merchandising, and Sales teams.
- Recommend clienteling practices for local implementation to boost recruitment, loyalty, and elevation.
- Design key clienteling experience formats in partnership with Corporate Event, Trade & Marketing Teams, and sales marketing teams.
Training Initiatives
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to propose a training calendar and content aimed at enhancing in-store clienteling capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within international firms.
- Strong passion for luxury and client engagement.
- Proficient in Salesforce, BI, or other CRM and analytical systems.
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across teams at all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
