Job Title: CRM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at POMELLATO S.P.A. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a global CRM strategy and maximizing business through client engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Implement CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive business growth and improve client engagement.
  • Manage CRM Systems: Oversee the management of CRM systems, including data collection, data quality, and system upgrades.
  • Set and Monitor KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Liaise with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized action plans aligned with the global CRM strategy and regional opportunities.
  • Develop and Forecast Budgets: Develop and forecast budgets to sustain the client development strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Strong Background in Marketing and Business Administration: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading role.
  • CRM Systems Expertise: Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce, BI, and analytical systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
