Our MissionWe are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our Japan team, reporting to the Sales Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enhancing the overall customer experience and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Segment the customer database and target specific customer groups, suggesting and implementing tailored marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with retail management, store teams, and corporate CRM teams on all CRM needs, actions, and results.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM to feed innovation and continuous improvement.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Client-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experienced (5+ years) in CRM management, including customer loyalty programs, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Agile in handling CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).
