Our Mission

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our Japan team, reporting to the Sales Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enhancing the overall customer experience and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  2. Segment the customer database and target specific customer groups, suggesting and implementing tailored marketing campaigns.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Liaise with retail management, store teams, and corporate CRM teams on all CRM needs, actions, and results.
  7. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.
  8. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM to feed innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Client-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  3. Experienced (5+ years) in CRM management, including customer loyalty programs, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
  4. Agile in handling CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
  5. Analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business recommendations.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  7. Fluent in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).
