Our Mission
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Controlling Manager to join our dynamic Finance team in Milan. As the Industrial Controlling Manager, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza)
- Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)
- Prepare the budget
- Monitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning, and manufacturing departments
- Monitor margins vs target
- Monitor inventory level
- Set up the industrial control framework
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisions
- Manage a team of one controller
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering
- 8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a must
- Strong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Rigorous and organized
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English
