Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team in Milan.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global assortment strategies in line with sales channels and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations departments to forecast new collections and align on OTB targets.
  • Partner with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to balance collection briefs with merchandising objectives.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through order and delivery monitoring and merchandise allocation.
  • Align sales teams with assortment strategies and objectives in collaboration with WHS and Retail Managers.
  • Create synergies with Sales, Brand, Visual Merchandising, and other key functional teams to ensure a collaborative relationship.

Your Profile

  • A professional with 5-8 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and analyze numerical data to inform decision-making.
  • A team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
