Reporting to the Global CRM Associate Director, you will develop and implement a comprehensive CRM framework, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the CRM strategic framework, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cascade innovative CRM initiatives to countries, ensuring effective execution and monitoring.
- Continuously optimize CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and maximizing ROI.
- Develop and maintain a CRM community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to launch innovative projects, ensuring successful integration and launch phases.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in CRM, preferably with international scope.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communication, or management engineering.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools.
- Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams, developing and implementing CRM best practices.
- Fluency in English.
