Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Director to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our business advisory team, you will be responsible for managing and advising key international clients and stakeholders on accounting and/or tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key UK and international assigned stakeholders
  • Liaising with new potential client enquiries and assisting them accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned, depending on your specialism

About You

This role suits a client/market-facing individual with solid professional services experience providing accounting or tax-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills as well as previous experience dealing with big international clients, within a similar business advisory environment.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in professional services in the UK, providing accounting and tax services - ideally focusing on Hedge funds, Private Equity funds or Real Estate trusts
  • Previous solid experience advising, managing and dealing with key international clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in client/market-facing external roles
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, other languages are beneficial
