Amplifon, the global leader in the hearing care retail industry, is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist - Global CRM to drive customer-centric initiatives across the company.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to our Global CRM Associate Director and be responsible for setting up and executing CRM strategies that deliver engagement, reactivation, conversion, and repurchase of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the CRM strategic framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Country Go-To-Market: Cascade CRM initiatives across countries, providing support and guidance for successful execution.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maximize ROI and contribution to total revenues.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly review CRM performance, quantify growth opportunities, and develop business cases for new initiatives.
  • Skills Development: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, upskilling employees in CRM skills and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with global and local marketing teams to launch innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, ideally with international scope.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
