Job Title: Group CRM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group CRM Manager to join our team at KSearch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our Group CRM strategy across both B2C and B2B targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Group CRM strategy in collaboration with all Brands
  • Coordinate with technical partners and vendors to develop and maintain the Group CRM platform and streams
  • Evangelize CRM across the organization through workshops and training sessions
  • Lead the CRM teams of Group Brands and identify synergies between their CRM strategies
  • Analyze and develop the value of B2C and B2B databases to improve volumes and quality at the lowest cost per acquisition
  • Define main performance KPIs and targets and contribute to the Brands' CRM plans to reach them
  • Implement new customer journeys to collect customer data and analyze it to identify interaction and buying patterns and trends
  • Contribute to report results, strategy updates, and actions to top management
Requirements:
  • University/college degree
  • Additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in CRM management
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (Italian and English)
