Career Opportunity: CRM Project Manager - Southern Europe

We are seeking a skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing in delivering CRM campaigns to grow and develop the Southern Europe and Emerging Markets cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing CRM strategies for the Southern Europe and Emerging Markets cluster.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute effective CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze data to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Design and implement CRM programs to maximize customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the global technical team to resolve technical issues and improve functionality.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a focus on data analysis and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of CRM measurements and data segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with French and Spanish as a plus.
