Unipol Gruppo, un'azienda leader nel settore assicurativo, cerca un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di CRM Project Manager. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione dei progetti di CRM, con l'obiettivo di favorire l'adozione degli strumenti messi a disposizione e delle azioni previste da Unipol Gruppo a supporto della rete distributiva.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Configurare le campagne commerciali a supporto della rete agenziale utilizzando la piattaforma Salesforce;
  • Monitorare periodicamente le performance delle campagne;
  • Tradurre le nuove iniziative rivolte ai clienti in requisiti di business e indirizzarle agli stakeholder interni interessati;
  • Definire e aggiornare i processi aziendali di interesse per la rete degli intermediari e rilevanti per la gestione dei dati;
  • Supportare lo sviluppo delle attività previste dal piano azioni e dal piano industriale;
  • Collaborare con lo sviluppo delle progettualità strategiche di volta in volta definite;
Requisiti Richiesti
  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o Discipline Economiche conseguita con ottima votazione;
  • Esperienza professionale (almeno 2/3 anni) nella gestione di progetti di CRM Operativo maturata presso primarie società di consulenza o in ambito financial institutions;
  • Competenze di program management;
  • Mindset analitico e capacità di sintesi;
  • Conoscenza dei principali processi commerciali diretti a iniziative di Marketing sulla clientela;
  • Capacità di analisi dei fenomeni legati all'evoluzione del ciclo di vita del cliente;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team;
  • Autonomia organizzativa del carico di lavoro e di gestione del tempo;
  • Proattività e capacità di problem solving;
  • Spiccate doti relazionali;
