About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to join our dynamic team at Scalapay. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, conversion rates, and loyalty program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy Development and Implementation: Design and execute CRM strategies for both B2C and B2B segments, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted visibility campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement, analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Loyalty Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of a loyalty card program, driving customer loyalty and repeat business, tracking and analyzing loyalty card sales, customer engagement metrics, and program effectiveness.
  • Partner and Brand Communication: Manage communication with partners and brand collaborators to ensure consistent and effective messaging, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong track record in managing CRM databases and systems.
  • Full work-proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer relationship management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
