Amplifon Global CRM Manager

Amplifon is the global leader in the hearing care retail industry, with a strong presence in over countries and a network of points of sales. We are a dynamic and innovative company that strives to improve the customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Cascade CRM initiatives to countries and support their execution, ensuring a harmonized customer-driven culture across the organization.
  • Monitor CRM performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop business cases to maximize ROI and contribution to total revenues.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, upskilling employees and creating a CRM community across countries.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to launch innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration, testing, and launch phases.
Requirements:
  • At least years of experience in CRM, preferably with international scope.
  • University degree in a relevant field (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering).
  • Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools in highly customer-oriented organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and analytics.
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams, develop and implement CRM best practices, and think strategically while handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Fluency in English.

Amplifon offers a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to work remotely. Our workplace is located in Via Ripamonti, Milan, Italy.
