Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of DoDo WW CRM & Client Development Manager. This position is pivotal in crafting the global CRM strategy aimed at enhancing business through effective client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Drive growth in Retail and E-commerce sectors through strategic activities focused on client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Foster and promote a customer-centric culture within the organization.
- Establish RFM segmentation and client clustering methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to data collection and quality standards across all regions.
- Collaborate with IT to oversee CRM systems, enhancing existing functionalities and introducing new features.
- Set and track Customer Engagement KPIs to measure success.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored action plans that align with the global strategy and regional opportunities.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of client engagement campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Create and manage budgets to support the Client Development strategy and roadmap.
Client Development
- Cultivate and maintain a robust and loyal client database, leveraging insights to enhance client understanding and optimize customer journeys.
- Develop strategies for NL, OTM, and OTO targeting various client segments in collaboration with Brand, Sales Merchandising, and Sales teams.
- Recommend clienteling practices for local implementation to boost recruitment, loyalty, and client elevation.
- Design key clienteling experience formats in partnership with Corporate Event, Trade & Marketing Teams, and sales marketing teams.
Training and Development
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to propose a training calendar and content aimed at enhancing in-store clienteling skills.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within international organizations.
- Strong passion for luxury and client engagement.
- Proficient in Salesforce, BI, or other CRM and analytical systems.
- Positive, proactive attitude with demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across various teams and levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
